How much does scanning cost?
It is very hard to give pricing details without your information! The price depends on how many documents you have, and whether or not you need our OCR services. Physical size of documents, color, and condition of documents also play a role in pricing. We keep our prices fair, and we are always willing to work with clients to come up with a plan to fit their budget. Please contact us today.
The documents we need scanned contain highly sensitive information, can you scan at our offices?
We’d be happy to! Please note, however, that there are additional fees involved as we need to move our staff and equipment from our office to yours. If you have any questions about the security measures we put into use every day, please contact us for a tour.
I have a lot of documents that need to be scanned – do you offer volume discounts?
We offer a volume discount for anything over 50,000 images, regardless of document size! Regardless of the volume, we are happy to accept any project.
Can you scan small projects?
We’re happy to assist you with any size project. We’re going to do everything we can to make small projects as cost effective for you as possible.
What is the typical turnaround time?
It is impossible for us to give an average turnaround time on this page! It is completely dependent on what the project is. We work closely with all our clients to ensure that work is done on time, with the high quality we pride ourselves on. Of course you’re welcome to contact us with an estimated number of documents, and we’ll do the best we can to estimate a turnaround time specific to you!
Is there a way for me to estimate how many images I have without counting each page?
Do what we do – break out the tape measure!
- For every inch of loose paper you measure – estimate that there are 150 images.
- One banker’s box, packed with loose paper – can hold, at most, 2500 documents. Subtract accordingly if there are file folders packed in there as well.
- A vertical file drawer – average 24” can hold about 3,800 documents.
