FTR Reporter
FTR Reporter™ is a digital recording solution used to capture, play back, annotate and manage audio of court proceedings. FTR Reporter includes FTR Log Notes®, an electronic note taking program court employees can use to create annotations during live proceedings or while listening to previously-recorded audio, FTR Player Plus™, our premier audio play back program, and WordLink™, a Microsoft add-in that gives you the option of creating notes in Microsoft® Word.
The Record Player Description
The Record Player ™ is a premier audio play back program that's available as a FREE DOWNLOAD from the FTR web site for those who need to play back, duplicate or share audio recorded by an FTR digital court recording system. The Record Player offers the most advanced audio play back features available, yet it's easy for court employees to learn and use because its "tape recorder-style" controls are similar to those on analog tape systems with which many court staffers are familiar.
FTR LogNotes Description
FTR Log Notes®is an electronic note taking program used by judges, lawyers, transcribers, court monitors or clerks and electronic court reporters (ECR) to annotate live or recorded court proceedings. It includes FTR Player Plus™, our premier audio play back program and WordLink™, a Microsoft® Word add-in that offers you the option of creating notes in Word, and works in tandem with FTR Reporter™, our digital court recording and play back solution.
FTR Log Notes simplifies the annotation and review process by creating a time stamp for each note with a hyperlink to the exact point in the associated recorded audio where the note was taken. This makes it easy to use annotations you've created to review all or part of a recorded proceeding. All you need to do is play back the recorded audio and click on each time stamp to hear exactly what was happening when each note was created.

FTR Minutes
FTR Minutes is a software solution that offers clerks an easy and efficient way to record proceedings of meetings while simultaneously creating minutes. Until now, many clerks have produced meeting minutes by recording the meeting using a cassette tape recorder while taking notes by hand. Then, they create the minutes by referring to the notes and listening to the tape.
With FTR Minutes, a clerk can record meetings (with either TheRecord Recorder 2X software recorder or with various approved third-party portable digital recorders*) while taking notes in Microsoft® Word. Each note automatically generates a time-stamp with a dynamic hyperlink to the related audio. When the meeting is over, the clerk can click on each link, listen to the proceeding, and convert meeting notes into a set of minutes. FTR MinuteMaker also includes "shortcut" features to automatically create speaker lists, take attendance and record voting results.
