Brown & Meyers, a Portland based Records Management firm, has added offsite document storage to its services.  Space has been allocated at its current Westbrook document imaging center that will allow for the barcode tracking of customer files and containers. The document storage facility is climate controlled, includes restricted access and is equipped with fire suppression and security monitoring.

“Document storage allows us to provide another cost saving option for our clients that will allow them to reduce office space and overhead costs associated with maintaining business records, “ said Kate Meyers, CEO of Brown & Meyers.  Clients will have the ability to track their offsite inventory and may request either the original file or an electronic copy through an online portal.
