Brown & Meyers will either pick up your documents and bring them to our scanning center or we can do the scanning on-site—whichever is more convenient for you. Documents must be prepared before scanning and indexed accordingly. Finally, the documents will either be converted to hard media (CD, DVD or uploaded to a hard drive), or made available via our secure FTP site.

5. What happens to the physical documents after they are scanned?

We can either return your documents, shred them or store them in our secure storage facility.

6. Will I need special software to view my documents?

Most businesses choose PDF or Word formats, which do not require additional software.

7. Do you provide offsite hosting?
